Justin Briand was uniquely selected to join the Veranda Realty sales team by Veranda's original founding President, [attorney Joy Berus] after years of witnessing his work in a legal setting where he impressed everyone with his ethics, his attention to detail, his contractual understanding and his sheer determination to accomplish goals -the right way. 

Justin holds a broker's license and is highly regarding for his professionalism and superior communication skills which are consistently poised, prompt and professional in every circumstance. He is creative, optimistic and a social media savvy agent who enjoys tech marketing.  Justin was mentored as an agent by Veranda's current President and Broker Devon Hocker and quickly advanced his level of expertise after partnering on many listings with her for more than seven years. Justin has achieved great success with his clients and works throughout Orange County as well as the Inland empire. 

As a Broker Associate with Veranda Realty, Justin is a positive asset to our team and his community. He has sponsored and coached several youth programs and has volunteered many hours to the Paint Your Heart Out (PYHO) organization which offers free assistance to struggling or elderly homeowners whose older homes are in dire need of maintenance.  Justin loves to assist first-time homebuyers through the process of shopping and purchasing their first homes. Helping clients become first-time homeowners and life-long clients is his passion and his enthusiasm and patience throughout the process have earned him a reputation as one of, “the best first-time buyer Realtors in Orange County.” 

In addition to being optimistic and dedicated, Justin is often able to negotiate the winning offer among highly competitive, multiple bids for his buyers. Justin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Board of Realtors.
