Erinn is a Realtor and CEO of Custom Marketing Solutions, a boutique real estate and lifestyle agency that’s at the forefront of digital, print, and video marketing. Erinn is an incredible asset with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. She approaches each project with a fresh eye, but always relies on real work experience to create, develop, and execute a marketing campaign. 

Erinn has experience managing and engaging teams of individuals from large-scale projects like custom magazines to creating social media plans, coordinating events and photo/video shoots. With each assignment she always strives for excellence. 

Erinn Igarashi and Devon Hocker are co-owners and publishers of Ladera Ranch Magazine, Coto de Caza Quarterly & Orange County Magazine and have worked closely together since 2007. While printing was halted in 2018, a return of those publications is always possible as they retain ownership.

 Other notable, custom marketing projects of Erinn's are Avenues Magazine, Rental Living Magazine, Villages of Irvine, Apartment Age Magazine, Montebello Life Magazine, and a variety of projects for Centerpointe Apartments, the Village Mission Valley & River View Apartment Homes.

Originally licensed in 2004, Erinn first focused her efforts on a successful decade of marketing before returning to real estate and combining her career strengths to suit her client’s residential real estate needs.
